II.Emplyment Conditions
A.Temperature : upper limit+40¡æ average temperature under 35¡æ in 24H and lower limit -5¡æ
B. Altitude : contactor setting lower than 2000m
C. Humieity : contactor setting in suitable humieit,when temperature is +40¡æ,the humieity lower than 50%,when temperature is +25¡æ,it lower than 90%
D.Class of pollution : 3 class
E.Sort of installation:III grade
F.Impact and vibration:no violent shaking,impact and vibration where contactor setting
G.Installation conditions:contactor gradient lower than 5¡ã.

III.Installation and Employment
1.confirming rated voltage and frequency of coil same as source of power before connect.(the symble inout the coil)
2.checking up leave in contactor care long time is all right before installation.
3.modle CJ19-18¡¢25¡¢32¡¢40 lead rail use 4m or 35mm bolt to installation,modle CJ19-63¡¢80 lead rail use 5m or 35mm bolt to installation.contator install less than 5¡ã gradient.
4.outer lead of main circuit is loading flux more than 1.3 times of capacitor ln,outer lead line connecting terminal need enough pressure.outer lead line of modle CJ19-63¡¢80 is multiplid yarn,it need connect specialism connecting terminal.and then into line solt.There is screw close tile board in solt,line don't immerge tin.
5.Modle CJ19-18¡¢25¡¢32¡¢40 main connecting terminal install ¦µ7 screwdriver,model CJ19-63¡¢80 main connecting terminal install 8 ¦µ screwdriver,auxiliary contact connect line need 6 ¦µ screwdriver.
6.Contactor and other electric touch not very will in capacitor circuitry,it make the contactor and the other bad,so we check it before employ it.
7.The electrical source of coil must stabilization,the voltage in 0.85-1.1Un,otherwise it make coil bad.
8.Setting bolt must add plain cashin and washer,it prevent loosening.
